All Natural Beef Sirloin Steak

The Sirloin Steak is both delicious and economical, a real hidden treasure. This boneless steak is flavorful and tender. It can be grilled or broiled, but for best results don't overcook. Our grass fed Sirloin Steaks are dry aged and hand cut 1¼" thick. Whole Sirloin Steaks weigh 26 to 32 ounces and are more than enough for two people. Half Sirloin Steaks usually weigh 16 ounces or less.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety. Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer. Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
