The Eye of Round Roast is a small attractive roast that is very lean. All of our roasts are dry aged to increase tenderness, but it is still recommended that you cook this roast slowly using moist heat. Our 100% Grass fed Eye of Round Roasts weigh between 2½ to 3½ pounds.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety.  Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer.  Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
