The Rump Roast is a flavorful family size Pot Roast. This roast works well in a crock pot and should be cooked in liquid. All of our beef is dry aged to improve tenderness including our roasts. Our 100% grass fed Rump Roasts weigh between 2 to 4½ pounds.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety.  Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer.  Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
