The Shoulder Roast is a lean, uniformly shaped Pot Roast that is easy to carve. This dry aged roast is great for entertaining, but should be cooked in liquid. Our Shoulder Roast weighs between 2½ to 3½ pounds.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety.  Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer.  Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
