Our dry aged boneless Brisket is perfect for barbecuing. This flavorful meat pulls apart into tender juicy strands. Our 100% grass fed Brisket is packaged whole (5½ to 7½ pounds) and in half sizes which weigh 3 to 4½ pounds.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety. Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer. Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
