Our dry aged boneless Brisket is perfect for barbecuing. This flavorful meat pulls apart into tender juicy strands. Our 100% grass fed Brisket is packaged whole (5½ to 7½ pounds) and in half sizes which weigh 3 to 4½ pounds.

The price listed above was calculated on a brisket weighing 5½ pounds. This price will appear in your shopping cart, however it is only an estimated price for this product.  The actual price charged will be determined by individual product weight.  You will be notified of the actual price prior to billing.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety.  Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer.  Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
