Our mouth watering Beef Ribs are cut in 5" rectangular sections. They are very flavorful and dry aged for tenderness. They are best cooked by slowly braising or grilling over a low heat. Beef Ribs are packaged in 2 to 2½ pound packs.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety.  Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer.  Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
