Flank Steak is a flavorful and lean steak, which is very versatile.  It is great for grilling as a steak, slicing for fajitas or even adding to salads. This boneless dry aged steak comes in a variety of thickness to match all it's diverse uses.  For maximum tenderness always slice Flank Steak across the grain.  This tender grass fed steak weighs between 8 to 24 ounces.

All beef selections are processed and vacuum sealed in a USDA inspected facility for your safety.  Our beef is flash frozen which increase the amount of time it can be kept safely in your freezer.  Beef may be purchased fresh and custom orders are available upon request.
